Ingredients

  • 1 (5-7 lb.) bone-in, fully cooked ham

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  • Pineapple rings, cherries, and cloves for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat your Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer Oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger in a bowl to make a glaze.

  3. Place the ham in the air fryer basket and brush the glaze all over the ham, reserving some glaze for later.

  4. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and place in the air fryer. Cook for 10-15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 140°F.

  5. Remove the aluminum foil and brush the remaining glaze on the ham. Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and the ham is heated through.

  6. If desired, garnish the ham with pineapple rings, cherries, and cloves before serving.

AFTER COOKING REST TIME

  1. Once the ham is done cooking, it is important to allow it to rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the ham and results in a juicier, more flavorful ham.

SERVING & SLICING TIPS

  1. When serving and slicing the ham, it is best to use a sharp carving knife and cut the ham into thin, even slices. If you want to make the slices look extra decorative, you can score the surface of the ham with a knife in a diamond pattern before adding the glaze.

To serve, arrange the slices on a platter and garnish with the pineapple rings, cherries, and cloves, if desired. You can also serve the ham with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a green salad. Enjoy your delicious roasted ham made using your Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer Oven!

Chef's Notes

Results may vary and it is recommended to use a meat thermometer to ensure the ham is brought to the correct cooking temperature, and to check the ham often during cooking even with the pre-set options on the Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer Oven.

Add a Rotisserie to Your Cooking -

If you would like to put the ham on a rotisserie, you can do so by securing it with rotisserie forks or tying it securely with kitchen twine. Place the ham on the rotisserie spit and set the Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer Oven to the rotisserie setting. Cook the ham for 10-15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 140°F, checking often with a meat thermometer. Follow the remaining instructions for applying the glaze and garnishing the ham before serving.

NOTE: (to Activate the Rotisserie)

Rotate Button: Use when cooking with the rotisserie spit. Touch the Rotate button to turn on the rotisserie mode and make the accessory rotate to achieve evenly crispy results. Touch again to turn off the rotisserie function. The Rotisserie function can be activated/inactivated at any time during the cooking process.
