Q: How can I register my Kalorik product?
A: You can register your product online at https://kalorik.ca/site/customer/account/login/. You may also fill out the ‘Product Registration Card’ located inside the box. The mailing address and fax number are located on the front of the card. Proof of purchase is required.
Q: Are there any accessories included with the Air Fryers?
A: Only specific Kalorik Air Fryers include accessories. You can purchase accessories by contacting our customer service team at email@example.com or call us at 888-Kalorik to place your order.
Q: How do I detach the air frying basket from the basket holder?
A: To detach the air frying basket from the basket holder, slide the protection cover and press on the basket release button. Never press the release button unless the basket holder is resting on a flat, level, and heat resistant surface. The basket holder may contain hot oil or liquids.
Q: Do Kalorik products include a recipe book?
A: Only certain products include a recipe book. All Kalorik Air Fryers include a recipe book.
Q: Can the Water Filtration Vacuum be used as a purifier?
A: The Water Filtration Vacuum Cleaner cannot be used as a purifier, however, the vacuum does contain air purifying qualities.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Your order will be processed within 48 hours. We process orders on business days only. Shipping takes 3-5 business days.
Q: Which methods of payment does Kalorik.ca accept?
A: We only accept credit/debit card payments including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Q: Does Kalorik ship outside of Canada?
A: We currently only ship within Canada, however, certain exceptions can be made for customers located in Canada. Please contact customer service for more information.

Q: What is your return policy for units purchased from Kalorik.ca?
A: Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for a refund. Please note: There is a 20% restocking fee if the unit returned to us is not in the original packaging and in new condition.
Q: How do I get a replacement for lost or broken parts?

Q: Do you honor warranties outside of the U.S?
A: Kalorik offers warranties to Canada residents. If you purchased one of our units in another country, please contact email@example.com to be directed to the proper team who may help set up your warranty exchange.
Q: How long is my warranty?
A: Kalorik products are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. Valid proof of purchase is required to open a warranty claim.
Q: Will my replacement unit renew my warranty?
A: No, the warranty is from the original date of purchase.
Q: Are parts and accessories covered under the warranty (EX: carafes/ blades)?
A: There is no warranty for glass parts, glass containers, filter holders, blades, and parts/accessories in general.
Q: If I need to have my unit exchanged under warranty who covers the expenses?
A: Customers are responsible for the initial shipment to Kalorik. We will then cover any additional expenses following.
Q: What is the average time frame to complete a warranty exchange?
A: Shipping both ways can take can take up to 8-10 days. It also takes an additional 3 days to process the return.
Q: Can my unit be repaired or exchanged?
