1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & freshly-cracked pepper, to taste


1.  In a medium bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil and salt & pepper until coated.

2.  Preheat grill to 1250°F.

3.  Transfer asparagus to sauce pan positioned in the middle of the grill. Cook for 3 minutes. Flip asparagus and cook 3 minutes more, or until desired degree of doneness.
