Grilled Cheeses You'll Melt For

Spinach and White Cheddar Cheese
Ingredients
2 slices white bread
2 slices white cheddar cheese
Handful of spinach
Black pepper
Unsalted Butter
Instructions
1. Layer cheese and spinach, seasoned with black pepper between two slices of your favorite bread, liberally butter the outside of the sandwich.
2. Cook on medium heat on the griddle until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown and toasty.
Classic American Cheese
Ingredients
2 slices American Cheese (like Kraft Singles)
2 slices white brea
Butter
Instructions
1. Layer cheese slices between slices of your favorite bread, liberally butter the outside of the sandwich.
2. Cook on medium heat on the griddle until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown and toasty.
Pizza Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
2 slices white bread
¼ cup shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons marinara sauce
2 tablespoon finely grated parmesan
Garlic herb butter
Instructions
1. Spread a tablespoon of marinara on two slices of your favorite bread, add mozzarella and close the sandwich.
2. Using the garlic-herb butter, liberally butter the outside of the sandwich. Generously coat each side with parmesan cheese.
3. Cook on medium heat on the griddle until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown, fragrant and toasty.
Brie and Date Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
2 slices white bread
3-4 slices of cold brie
1-2 tablespoon Wanna Date? Spread
Instructions
1. Spread Wanna Date? Original spread on one slice of bread, top with slices of brie, and top with the second slice of bread.
2. Liberally butter the outside of the sandwich.
3. Cook on medium heat on the griddle until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown and toasty.
