Full of antioxidants and fiber, these grilled sweet potato wedges totally satiate.


2 small sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper 

Lean & Clean Sesame Dressing

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 to 2 teaspoons honey or agave, to taste 


1. Scrub and rinse the sweet potatoes and dry them well. Poke them all over with a fork and microwave on high until just tender. Let the potatoes cool, then slice each potato into 8 wedges.

2. Heat your Kalorik Smokeless Grill to high heat and turn the fan on. Brush the potato wedges with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the wedges on the grill and grill until marked, turning often.

3. To make the dressing, whisk together all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

4. Drizzle the grilled sweet potato wedges with the homemade sesame dressing.
