4 bone-in pork tenderloin chops
Sea salt, to taste
1. Preheat grill to 1500°F.
2. Place chops one at a time on grate positioned closest to the top of the grill. Sear 45 seconds per side, or until desired degree of browning.
3. Lower grate to middle rack of grill and cook 2 minutes more, flipping chops once halfway through cooking. Repeat as necessary for remainder chops. Season with sea salt.
