1 pound pork loin
Dash garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
4 ciabatta rolls
Apple-carrot slaw (or store-bought coleslaw)
1. Preheat grill to 1500°F.
2. Slice pork loin into ½” medallions. Season both sides with garlic, salt and pepper.
3. Place medallions one at a time on grate positioned closest to the top of the grill. Sear each side for about 30 seconds.
4. Repeat the process two times, or until desired degree of browning is reached.
5. Slice rolls in half and spread each half with mayo. Add pork and top with slaw.
