1 cup peeled whole garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Salt & freshly ground pepper


1. Combine garlic cloves, olive oil and rosemary sprigs in the baking pan for your air fryer. Toss to coat and season with salt & pepper. 

2. Air fry at 370ºF for 15 minutes then stir the cloves around and air fry for 10 minutes more or until the garlic is golden and tender.

Chef's Tip: These roasted garlic cloves are perfect in holiday mashed potatoes, spread on bread, tossed with pasta…and they hold well in the fridge. Place the roasted garlic cloves in a Mason jar, cover with olive oil, and store in the fridge for up to a month. You may also use the flavored oil to cook with! Or, spread the cloves on a baking sheet and place them in the freezer. Once frozen, store the cloves in a plastic bag. You can also mash the roasted garlic and freeze it in teaspoon measures in an ice cube tray.
