4 Italian sausage links
1 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 cup sliced red onions
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup pesto
Salt & pepper, to taste
1. Preheat your Kalorik Pro Steakhouse Grill to 800°.
2. Add sausage links on grill grates and cook for 8 minutes at the upper level of the grill. Flip and cook additional 7 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, add the mushroom and onion mixture to the bottom tray with butter and olive oil. Cook for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. Remove sausage and cut diagonally into even pieces.
5. Place mushrooms and onions onto plate, followed by sausage, pesto and feta cheese. Enjoy!
