Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) beef filets

  • 2 medium-sized lobster tails thawed and split lengthwise.

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Olive oil for brushing

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat the Kalorik air fry oven to 400°F.

  2. Season the beef filets with salt and pepper to taste and brush both sides with a little bit of olive oil.

  3. Place the filets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 130°F for medium-rare.

  4. While the beef is cooking, season the lobster tails with salt and pepper to taste and brush both sides with a little bit of melted butter.

  5. Once the beef filets are done, remove them from the air fryer basket and set them aside to rest.

  6. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, split side up, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until they are fully cooked, and the meat is opaque. Baste the lobster tails with the remaining melted butter once or twice during cooking for added flavor.
