Vegan Acai Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowls: the snack that keeps on refreshing. All you need to make this tasty treat is fresh fruit, the nut butter of your choice and your Kalorik Nutrition Blender, of course. Get your spoon ready and enjoy!
Ingredients
2 ounces blueberries
2 ounces strawberries
1 banana
3 tablespoons almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
3 tablespoons of acai powder (or one packet)
1 teaspoon nut butter
1 handful of ice
Toppings
Blueberries
Fresh sliced banana
Fresh sliced strawberries
Handful of almond slivers
1 teaspoon nut butter
Dash of cinnamon (to taste)
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients together in your Kalorik Nutrition Blender. Use the pulse feature to avoid over-blending as this will change the consistency of your smoothie bowl.
2. Pour into a small bowl and top with fresh blueberries, banana, strawberries, almond slivers and a spoonful of nut butter.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon and dig in!
